You do not need an account to read this website. The site currently has no donation, newsletter or volunteer forms, and no form that sends your contact details to the campaign.

If you email or call the campaign, we receive your contact details and the information you choose to share. We use it to respond, handle your request and carry out any follow-up you ask for. Visiting the site or using the ward search does not sign you up for campaign messages.

Please do not send identity documents, payment details or health information unless they are genuinely needed.

The ward search uses the City of Mississauga’s public civic-address data and ward boundaries. It does not use the voters’ list or any list of residents.

Address matching and the boundary map run in your browser. The feature does not send what you type to the campaign or to a geocoding service, does not add it to page addresses or analytics, and does not save it in a campaign database or browser storage. Your search and result exist only temporarily on the open page. Loading the site and its data files still involves ordinary requests to the host.

A ward result describes geography only. It does not confirm voter registration or eligibility.

We use service providers to host, secure and measure use of this website. These services may process technical information such as IP address, request times, browser and device details, requested pages and diagnostic information to operate and protect the site. Our website analytics reports provide aggregate usage measures such as visits, pages viewed, visit duration, referring sources, device types and broad country estimates. The campaign has not added advertising pixels or session-replay tools.

The campaign video shows a locally hosted preview image first. The external video player loads only after you press Play; it then connects to the video provider and may connect to other third-party services. Privacy-enhanced playback is not a guarantee of no tracking.

The site’s typeface is currently loaded from an external web-font provider, so your browser requests font files from that provider when pages load.

Links to social media, the City of Mississauga and other sites take you to services with their own privacy practices. The site has no embedded Instagram feed and no Meta pixel. Email and phone links open your own email or calling service.

Information from your inquiry is used for that request and related campaign administration, and access is limited to people who need it. The campaign does not sell or rent information received through this website and does not use ward-search input for advertising.

Service providers process the information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States.

The ward-search feature does not persistently store your search input. While the page is open, it holds the input and result temporarily to operate the search. Correspondence is kept as long as needed for your request, related administration and applicable legal record-keeping, then reviewed for secure deletion or de-identification. Provider logs and backups follow those providers’ terms.

The campaign uses reasonable safeguards for the information it receives. No website or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can choose not to play the video, follow external links or send a message. Browser settings can limit some technologies, though not all processing needed to deliver a website.

To ask about information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or stop campaign messages, contact jerry@jerrykrzywda.ca or (905) 588-8242. We may need to confirm your identity in a proportionate way, and some requests may be limited by law or by providers’ systems. We will explain any limit that applies.

This notice will be reviewed and updated before the website adds maps from an outside provider, campaign software, forms or other materially different processing.
